City Walk Crestlane is a residential complex by Meraas located in the City Walk district in central Dubai. The tower consists of one ground floor and twelve residential floors.

The project's architectural concept is based on a contemporary interpretation of the urban resort environment, with an emphasis on horizontal lines, panoramic glazing, and terraced forms integrated into the water-landscape context. 

Residents have access to recreation areas, coworking spaces, game rooms and multifunctional rooms, fitness areas both indoors and outdoors, dedicated running and strength training areas, resort-style swimming pools, playgrounds, running and cycling trails, tennis courts, waterfront recreation areas, multifunctional spaces, and an outdoor cinema.
