MIRDAD 1 is the first tower in a project by Union Properties, located in the Motor City area. The complex consists of four towers united by a common podium. The first tower includes two underground levels, a ground level, a podium level, and 19 residential floors, creating a cohesive and modern architectural ensemble. The design emphasizes space openness, with spacious terraces and landscaped areas providing a sense of comfort and openness.

MIRDAD offers apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom lofts, as well as commercial spaces. The interiors are designed in a minimalist style using natural materials like wood and stone, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities: swimming pools, fitness centers, spa areas, a cinema, and children's playgrounds. There are also sports facilities, a zen garden, and a yoga studio, promoting an active and relaxing lifestyle.
