Marbella is a boutique hotel by The Heart of Europe, located on the first coastline of the artificial World Islands archipelago. The project is designed in the style of the Spanish city of the same name, featuring vibrant architecture and a resort-like European atmosphere. The building includes a ground floor and 4 residential levels, creating an intimate and cozy seaside space.

The complex features hotel apartments with open-plan layouts. The interiors are designed in a Spanish style with expressive accents, vaulted ceilings, and panoramic windows. The residences offer views of the sea, sunsets, green squares, and the famous “rain street,” while the thoughtful layout combines the living room, dining area, and bedroom into a single space.

Residents and guests have access to swimming pools, fitness centers, spa and thermal zones, as well as landscaped beaches and gardens. The territory includes restaurants, cafes, and entertainment spaces, while the unique “rain street” with controlled climate creates a special leisure atmosphere.
