Iconic Tower by Mered

Iconic Tower is a prestigious residential skyscraper by the international developer Mered, located in Dubai Internet City. The tower’s architecture was created in collaboration with the legendary Italian studio Pininfarina, giving the project a distinctive designer identity. The building includes a ground floor and 66 residential levels, forming a striking silhouette against the city skyline.

The complex offers apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. Interiors are designed using natural materials and finished in soft pastel tones. Panoramic windows and private balconies open views of the sea and the cityscape, creating a sense of light and space.

The complex infrastructure meets luxury standards. Residents have access to an infinity pool overlooking the bay, a modern gym, yoga and fitness studios, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The territory also includes a children’s playground, lounge areas, a cinema, barbecue areas and recreational spaces. Cafes, restaurants, bars and retail spaces are located on the podium level.
