About Acube Developments
Acube Developments was launched in Dubai in August 2023 as the real estate arm of ACUBE SFO DMCC, a family-owned group led by founder, chairman and CEO Ramjee Iyer, with Archana Iyer as Director of Design.
Its first project, Adhara Star in Arjan — 113 units on 17 storeys — has been handed over. The group builds through its own companies, Celestia Construction and Acube Industries.
Vega in Dubai Sports City, with 129 units on 23 floors, broke ground in May 2025 for handover in Q2 2027, and Electra in JVC has 278 units on 38 floors.
