About AHS Properties
AHS Properties was founded in Dubai in 2021 by Abbas Sajwani, who leads it as CEO. Its first two projects, launched in 2022 on Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Water Canal and worth $650 million, sold out.
In 2023 it announced Casa Canal on Dubai Water Canal, an $850 million project, and in May 2025 launched Casa AHS, 32 residences worth $750 million.
AHS also owns AHS Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road — 69 floors of Grade A offices — which sold out for over $700 million in February 2026.
