Al Habtoor Group began in 1970 as a small engineering firm and grew into one of the UAE's business groups, chaired by Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor.
In Business Bay the group built Al Habtoor City, opened in 2018. Its residential collection — the Amna and Noora towers with 75 floors each and the 52-storey Meera tower — has over 1,400 apartments, next to the Habtoor Palace, V Hotel and Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City hotels.
In Dubailand, the Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club includes 120 villas. Under development are the 82-storey Al Habtoor Tower in Al Habtoor City and The Residences, Al Habtoor Grand.
