About Al Hamra
Al Hamra Village launched in the mid-2000s as Ras Al Khaimah's first freehold development. The community has an 18-hole championship golf course, a 220-berth marina and hotels including the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.
In 2022 Al Hamra sold Al Hamra Mall to Aldar for Dh410 million and unveiled Falcon Island, a Dh1 billion project of 501 villas with two to seven bedrooms.
In July 2025 it launched Al Hamra Greens, with 1,754 apartments, and Aila Homes, with 200 townhouses, together worth over Dh3 billion. Its branded projects include Waldorf Astoria Residences and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Wadi Desert.
