About Alef Group
Alef Group was founded in Sharjah in 2013 by the late Sheikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi and is led by CEO Issa Ataya. Its first master community, Al Mamsha, is built around pedestrian streets, with neighbourhoods such as Hamsa, Nama, Darb, Sawa and Suroor.
In 2024 the company handed over 2,322 units and 20 buildings in Al Mamsha, including 819 units in the first zone, Al Mamsha Souks. According to the company, its 2024 sales exceeded AED 2.4 billion.
Hayyan on Emirates Road, launched in 2022, covers 8.7 million sq ft with 1,836 villas in three zones; its neighbourhoods include Arim, Deem and Samr. Alef also builds Olfah in Muwaileh and Linar in Al Mamzar.
