About Arada
Arada was founded in 2017. Its chairman is Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, its vice chairman Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud and its Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi. Its first projects were in Sharjah: Nasma Residences, the large Aljada community launched in 2017 and Masaar, launched in 2021.
Arada entered Dubai with Jouri Hills in 2022 — a community of 294 villas and townhouses — and followed with Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah, W Residences Dubai Harbour (launched in October 2024), Akala (announced in 2025) and Inaura, a 210-metre tower in Downtown Dubai launched in January 2026.
In 2025 Arada expanded to the United Kingdom by acquiring the London developer Regal and a majority stake in the Thameside West project.
