Dar Global was founded in 2017 and grew out of Dar Al Arkan, one of Saudi Arabia's largest real estate developers. On 28 February 2023 it began trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange — the first Saudi company listed there. The company is led by CEO Ziad El Chaar.
Dar Global specialises in branded residences with international partners. In Dubai, DaVinci Tower by Pagani on the Dubai Water Canal — 80 residences — has started handover, and Urban Oasis by Missoni was completed in Business Bay.
