About Elemental Developments
Elemental was launched in February 2025 by Hazza Zaal, founder of Elemental Developments and CEO of Al Barari, as a separate venture building on his experience at Al Barari.
Its first project, Elemental 22, is in Jumeirah Garden City, a low-rise, low-density neighbourhood near Downtown, DIFC and City Walk. It has two pools, a gym, recovery rooms and a co-working space; according to the company, over 60% of the 39 homes in its public release were sold.
In October 2026 it launched Elemental 78, also in Jumeirah Garden City: its first ready-to-move-in project, with one- to three-bedroom apartments.
