About H&H Development
H&H is a Dubai-based real estate developer and asset manager that has been active since 2007. Its Chairman and Co-founder is Shahab Lutfi.
In 2021 H&H opened the first Eden House in Al Satwa, starting its own residential brand. Eden House The Canal was handed over in December 2025, followed by Eden House The Park, Eden House Za'abeel and Eden House Dubai Hills; together with Mubadala, H&H also announced Eden House on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi — a 60-storey tower with over 200 residences.
H&H also develops ultra-luxury branded residences in Dubai, among them Four Seasons Private Residences DIFC, Aman Residences Dubai, Rosewood Residences Dubai and Dubai Harbour Residences, as well as villa projects Eden Hills and Avra and Aurora in Dubai Hills Estate.
