About Imtiaz Developments
Imtiaz traces its roots to 1993, when it began as a modest construction business. Over three decades it grew from contracting into real estate development, and today the company — Imtiaz Real Estate Investment and Development — is headquartered in Dubai Hills and led by Chairman Ustad Rahimullah Shahsawar and CEO Masih Ullah Imtiaz.
According to the company, its portfolio now counts more than 40 landmark projects with developments worth around AED 10 billion. Imtiaz focuses on residential buildings launched in series: each new building of a collection such as Cove Edition, Sunset Bay or Pearl House is sold as a separate project.
On Dubai Islands — the new island district off the Deira coast — Imtiaz is building a waterfront cluster that includes Sunset Bay, Beach Walk, Wynwood, Cotier House and Sea Cliff. In Dubailand Residence Complex it is developing the Cove collection, Le Blanc, The Archive and the commercial Cove Boulevard; in Jumeirah Village Circle — Pearl House and Luxor.
Imtiaz is also active in philanthropy: it donated AED 50 million to the Fathers' Endowment campaign of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, and in March 2025 it received the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Medal for Philanthropy.
