Kappa Acca Real Estate is the development subsidiary of Khamas Group, a UAE group chaired by Bader Bukhammas that, according to the company, has more than 120 ventures in real estate, contracting, hospitality, manufacturing and education.
Kappa Acca signed with Marriott International to bring The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Business Bay to market, and sales opened in 2023.
