About Modon Properties
Modon Properties is an Abu Dhabi master developer. In February 2024 Q Holding acquired 100% of Modon Properties and ADNEC from ADQ and IHC, and in March 2024 the group was renamed Modon Holding.
In March 2024 Modon launched its first homes on Hudayriyat Island: Nawayef, with 19 villa types on hills up to 55 m, and Al Naseem villas. Wadeem, its first residential plots community with more than 1,700 plots, sold out within 72 hours.
Modon also develops Riyadh City with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority — an 8,000-hectare city for 200,000 people between south Shamkha and North Al Wathba — and the Bashayer and Hudayriyat Golf Estates communities.
