About Nshama
Nshama describes itself as a private developer of integrated lifestyle communities. Its flagship, Town Square, was launched in early March 2015 on Al Qudra Road: a master-planned neighbourhood of about 750 acres, planned to be built out over around ten years.
Town Square combines three- and four-bedroom townhouses with mid-rise apartment buildings around a central park described as the size of 16 football fields. The first clusters — Zahra, Hayat, Safi, Rawda, Jenna and Warda apartments and the Zahra, Hayat, Safi, Naseem, Noor, Sama, Reem, Shams and Maha townhouses — are completed and lived in.
New phases continue around the park: Aria, Ayala, Lana, Symphony, Haya and Evelyn "on the Park", as well as Elaya, Fia, Ora, Lexington, Hillcrest, Savannah, Odessa, The Baltimore, Alton, Augusta, Camden, Olbia, Rosewell and Belmont Residences.
