About Reportage Properties
Reportage Properties was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2014 and is chaired by Aref Al Khoori. Its first project, Leonardo Residences in Masdar City, was handed over in 2018, followed by projects such as Al Maryah Vista and Al Raha Lofts in Abu Dhabi.
The company has expanded beyond the UAE with projects in Egypt, Morocco, Türkiye and Belarus — among them Montenapoleone in New Cairo and Sylvana in Istanbul. Since 2014 it has planned and designed more than 11,000 residential units.
In Dubai, Reportage develops affordable and mid-market homes: Rukan and Rukan Lofts in Dubailand, Alexis Tower in Downtown Jebel Ali, the Verdana series of apartments and townhouses in Dubai Investment Park, Reportage Hills, Reportage Village and Taormina Village townhouses, and Alba Tower.
