About Samana Developers
Samana Developers is the real estate arm of SAMANA Group of Companies, headquartered at Bay Square in Business Bay and led by CEO Imran Farooq. Its first project, Samana Greens in Arjan, was launched in September 2018.
The company built its brand on one feature: private pools in its apartments, combined with mid-market prices. Projects such as Samana Hills, Samana Park Views, Samana Golf Avenue, Samana Santorini and Samana Mykonos follow this concept; according to CEO Imran Farooq, 91% of the units across Samana's projects have already been sold.
According to the company, Samana has launched more than 50 projects and completed 6 handovers so far.
