Select Group was established in Dubai in 2002 and is chaired by Rahail Aslam. The company built its name in Dubai Marina, where its portfolio includes The Torch, Botanica, Bay Central, Yacht Bay, The Point, Studio One, West Avenue Tower and the Marina Gate complex with The Residences at Marina Gate and Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.
Select Group works with hospitality brands on branded homes: Jumeirah Living Business Bay — a 35-storey tower with 82 residences — Six Senses Residences The Palm and Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina.
Its largest current development is Peninsula in Business Bay on the Dubai Canal, released in phases — Peninsula One, Two, Three, Four and Five — alongside The Edge, 15 Northside and Residence 110.
