Signature Developers was established in 2016 by Regal Group and Lals Group, two of Dubai's oldest business groups; the JLT plots behind its first projects were acquired in 2012.
In JLT it built a 46-storey tower combining The Residences JLT, 80 homes, with a five-star Taj hotel; its portfolio also includes 118 Downtown.
In 2022 it launched Signature Mansions, 18 villas in Jumeirah Golf Estates, and in May 2024 it announced, with DMCC, the 32-storey W Residences in JLT with about 200 apartments.
