SOL Properties was founded in Dubai in 2004 by Ajay Bhatia, who also chairs Bhatia General Contracting. The contracting business dates back to 1999.
Delivered projects include Bloomingdale in Dubai Sports City with 72 townhouses, Sol Bay in Business Bay, Sol Park in JVC and You and Co in Dubai Production City. In 2021 the company launched SOL Living, its rental brand.
